Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Booking and Appointments
Appointment Scheduling: All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by calling our salon directly. Appointments are confirmed only after payment is processed.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Age Requirements: Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all nail services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
How to Cancel: Contact us by our contact form to cancel your appointment.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Emergency Exceptions: We may consider refunds for same-day cancellations in cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal, which processes major credit cards and digital payments.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Service Terms
Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality nail care services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours.
Health and Safety: For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to clients with certain nail or skin conditions.
Allergic Reactions: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your service. We are not liable for allergic reactions to products used during treatments.
Limitation of Liability
Unique Nails Toronto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
